An overhauled home in Paradise Valley, Arizona, that last sold for $1.89 million in April 2021 returned to the market this week for more than three times that price after the owner made significant renovations.
The home’s listing agent, Lynsie Olsen of The Agency, is also one of the sellers of the home, which is now listed for $6.95 million. Along with co-owner, local developer Juan Corsillo, Ms. Olsen put $2.5 million worth of work into the property since purchasing last year, according to marketing materials.
The five-bedroom, 8,434-square-foot main house sits on 1.7 acres, which boast a guest house as well as outdoor amenities such as a patio, an “oversized” pool overlooked by a covered pergola, an infinity-edge hot tub, landscaped grounds, and a custom-designed 130-yard par 3 golf course, per the listing. A gazebo and an area designed for games such as horseshoes or corn hole are also located on the property.
