Queen Creek council approves plans for a new condominium development

The Queen Creek Town Council recently approved rezoning almost 16 acres of land, as well as a site plan for a new residential development, Mayberry on Rittenhouse.
The development will consist of 186 units of residential condominiums. The project site is east of the southeast corner of Sossaman and Rittenhouse roads. The town’s Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the project at its May 11 meeting. Property Design Develop LLC is developing the project and EPS Group Inc. is the landscape architect and planner.
Mayberry on Rittenhouse will offer single-story duplexes with two, one-bedroom units; detached single-story two-bedroom homes; two-story townhomes with two, two-bedroom units; and two-story carriage house buildings with six single-bay garages at the first floor and two, one-bedroom units at the second floor. The unit types vary in size from 752 square feet up to 1,376 square feet of livable space. A total of 82 one-bedroom units and 104 two-bedroom units are proposed.
